Adding a long overdue update to our review! Liat recently helped us to purchase our newest home and sell our first home that we had purchased with her in 2018. When we unexpectedly decided to put an offer on a home that we saw on a whim for fun, Liat jumped right on getting us all of the information we needed to compile and turn around an offer three days later. As always, Liat made the home buying process so smooth and supportive, with lots of calls and extra visits to the property to make sure we were really anchored in our decision and offer. When our offer was accepted, we immediately turned around to begin the selling process for our current home, which was a new and daunting experience for us. Liat organized a fantastic crew of tradespeople to prep our house for sale in the least amount of time possible so that we could get on the market within a month. The prep that she encouraged us to do in order to drive interest and offers was spot on, and we ended up with multiple offers on our home for more than we were expecting given the market at the time. Liat is the most incredible, skilled, knowledgeable, and compassionate realtor - she really cares so much about her clients and helping folks navigate the real estate landscape. Liat Bostick of The Grubb Company is an excellent real estate agent who recently represented us on the sale of our family home. The house required numerous repairs to get it ready for the sale: roof, new shingles, window repairs and replacement, plumbing and electrical work, as well as painting, floor refinishing and landscape rejuvenation. Liat astutely assisted us in prioritizing the repairs, setting a realistic budget and establishing a timeline to meet our target market date. After years of deferred maintenance, it needed a lot -- paint, roof, asphalt, hauling, pests, gardening, flooring, lighting -- you name it. We met, agreed on a budget, and Liat outlined a tight schedule so that we could have the house on the market by the end of summer. Liat took over from there, managing the entire process. She worked at a dizzying pace, sourcing multiple bids for each piece of the project (more than three dozen -- I lost count), advising what was and was not worth doing, then worked some miracles behind the scenes to get those busy contractors scheduled. And indeed, all was completed right on time to get it staged and on the market. Liat knew exactly how to price the home to get views and traffic -- within a narrow range of $20,000 if I recall correctly! -- and helped me through negotiations and counter-negotiations. Once in escrow, she didn't stop, making sure I was informed every step of the way. In short, I could not be happier. This was my third home sale, so I know how lazy real estate agents can be. Liat was the polar opposite. Hire her -- you will not be disappointed.
